Office Administration / Reception

Aim:

This one year business course is designed for students interested in pursuing a career in administration and reception. Opportunities arise in a wide variety of different office environments including legal, medical, civil service, commercial and educational. Modules such as text production, bookkeeping, payroll and office administration provide graduates with essential skills required by busy office environments.

 

Progression and Career Options:

This course enables graduates to take up employment in any business sector, including legal, medical, commercial, financial and educational. Graduates may also progress to QQI Level 6 in Business here in DIFE or advance to Degree programmes in Institutes of Technology or Universities such as DCU and Maynooth.
